Refund policy

We hope you love your order! Because all our products are made-to-order, there are a few things to know about returns and refunds.

🔄 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All our items are printed just for you once your order is placed. This means they are classed as custom or personalised items under UK consumer law.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

Please be sure to check all details before placing your order — especially sizes, colours, and any customisations.

✅ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or we’ve made a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at reachus@mumaprints.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

📏 Size & Colour Accuracy

Please refer to our size guides and product descriptions before purchasing. Since each item is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for size or colour selection errors, unless the item received is significantly different from the description.

⏳ Processing Time for Issues

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
